Company information will be used to create an account. The name, email address and phone number you enter will be used as a contact for notifications and inquiries from Zynyo.

Invoice info

The billing information is used to prepare and send bills. You can customize these relative to the company data if you wish, for example if you like to receive the bills on a different email address than the email address of the contact person.

Company data is the same as the invoice data

Admin

Administrator credentials are used to create login credentials for your first user. This user is given the administrator role and can add new users to your account. The administrator can also adjust settings and view the signature requests of all users under your account.

Once you have completed this registration in full, a quote will be prepared and must be digitally signed via our platform. By default, the quotation is sent to the administrator. Should the quotation need to be signed by another person, you can change the signatory below.
